font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u56e0\u70ba\u53d7\u5230\u4e2d\u570b\u591a\u65b9\u963b\u6493\uff0c\u6211\u570b\u5ee0\u5546\u51fa\u53e3\u591a\u4ed8\u95dc\u7a05\uff0c\u4e9f\u9700\u6392\u9664\u81ea\u7531\u8cbf\u6613\u7684\u969c\u7919\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u7c3d\u8a02\u81ea\u7531\u8cbf\u6613\u5354\u5b9a\u3002\u7f8e\u570b\u5728\u53f0\u5354\u6703\u4e3b\u5e2d\u83ab\u5065\u57282020\u5e74\u6211\u570b\u7e3d\u7d71\u5927\u9078\u5f8c\uff0c\u56de\u61c9\u5a92\u9ad4\u554f\u984c\u6642\u518d\u6b21\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u7f8e\u8c6c\u3001\u7f8e\u725b\u554f\u984c\u9700\u8981\u89e3\u6c7a\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u53d6\u5f97\u9032\u5c55\u3002\u53f0\u5317\u5e02\u7f8e\u570b\u5546\u6703\u4e5f\u8a8d\u70ba\u53f0\u7f8e\u96d9\u908a\u81ea\u7531\u8cbf\u6613\u5354\u5b9a\u5361\u5728\u7f8e\u8c6c\u3001\u7f8e\u725b\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u81f3\u65bc\u65e5\u672c\u4e3b\u5c0e\u7684\u8de8\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u5925\u4f34\u5168\u9762\u9032\u6b65\u5354\u5b9a\uff08CPTPP\uff09\uff0c\u4e5f\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u570b\u7981\u6b62\u9032\u53e3\u65e5\u672c\u548c\u707d\u5340\u98df\u54c1\uff0c\u6211\u570b\u8981\u52a0\u5165\u5c31\u6709\u56f0\u96e3\u3002<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u65e2\u7136\u53f0\u7f8e\u96d9\u908a\u81ea\u7531\u8cbf\u6613\u5354\u5b9a\u8207\u8de8\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u5925\u4f34\u5168\u9762\u9032\u6b65\u5354\u5b9a\uff0c\u5c0d\u6211\u570b\u7d93\u8cbf\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u4e5f\u975e\u52a0\u5165\u4e0d\u53ef\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u5230\u5e95\u8981\u4e0d\u8981\u958b\u653e\u9032\u53e3\u7f8e\u8c6c\u3001\u7f8e\u725b\u8207\u65e5\u672c\u548c\u707d\u5340\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u5462\uff1f<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u6700\u8b93\u6211\u4e0d\u660e\u767d\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u570b\u4eba\u6700\u5e38\u53bb\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u5c31\u662f\u7f8e\u570b\u8207\u65e5\u672c\uff0c\u8acb\u554f\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u5728\u7576\u5730\u6703\u6311\u5254\u7f8e\u8c6c\u3001\u7f8e\u725b\u8207\u65e5\u672c\u6838\u707d\u5340\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u55ce\uff1f<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u5982\u679c\u9084\u6709\u7591\u616e\uff0c\u6211\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u5c0d\u65bc\u9032\u53e3\u7684\u4e0a\u8ff0\u98df\u7269\u6216\u98df\u54c1\uff0c\u5927\u53ef\u56b4\u683c\u4f9d\u7167\u98df\u54c1\u885b\u751f\u5b89\u5168\u7ba1\u7406\u6cd5\u53bb\u67e5\u9a57\uff0c\u4e5f\u8981\u6c42\u6e05\u695a\u6a19\u51fa\u9032\u53e3\u570b\u5bb6\uff1b\u5546\u5bb6\u4e5f\u6709\u7fa9\u52d9\u5728\u5e97\u9580\u53e3\u6a19\u793a\u9032\u53e3\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u7531\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u81ea\u5df1\u6c7a\u5b9a\u8981\u4e0d\u8981\u6d88\u8cbb\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u8aaa\u53ef\u4ee5\u8003\u616e\u540c\u610f\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7684\u98df\u7269\u6216\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u9032\u53e3\uff0c\u4f46\u689d\u4ef6\u662f\u53f0\u7f8e\u96d9\u908a\u81ea\u7531\u8cbf\u6613\u5354\u5b9a\u8207\u8de8\u592a\u5e73\u6d0b\u5925\u4f34\u5168\u9762\u9032\u6b65\u5354\u5b9a\u5fc5\u9808\u80fd\u5920\u8b93\u6211\u570b\u7c3d\u8a02\u6216\u52a0\u5165\u70ba\u524d\u63d0\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u80fd\u7c3d\u8a02\u6216\u52a0\u5165\uff0c\u90a3\u9084\u662f\u8981\u7b49\u9069\u7576\u7684\u6642\u6a5f\u4e86\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;
